Flintfox appoints Brad Levin as Chief Service Delivery Officer
August 13th, 2024 – Flintfox, the leader in intelligent pricing and rebates, today announces the appointment of Brad Levin as Chief Service Delivery Officer. Brad will spearhead the company’s Professional Services and Support division, leading a global team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximising the value of Flintfox solutions for all clients.
In this newly created role, Brad will drive efforts to further enhance the value delivered to Flintfox customers while continuously improving the quality of service across the division. His key objectives include achieving global alignment and advancing the maturity of the current services, support offerings, and processes. With Brad at the helm, Flintfox is poised to set new standards in service delivery excellence.
Brad is a veteran in Professional Services leadership, with over 30 years of experience across a range of private and public sectors. He joins Flintfox following ten years at the global media and technology giant, Comcast Technology Solutions, where he ran a global Professional Services team designing and implementing video streaming projects for some of the biggest names in media.
Brad joins the Flintfox executive team and will report to CEO, John Moss, who says: “Our customers are increasingly looking for expert Professional Services to enhance their pricing capabilities.
